Originally from San Diego, California, John was raised in Zürich, Switzerland, by his Swiss mother, where he developed a strong foundation in design, engineering principles, and global construction standards.

Following the passing of his mother at the age of 26, John returned to San Diego to continue his professional journey. He later took over his father’s construction business alongside his business partner, transforming it into a modern, forward-thinking company with a broader international outlook.

In his role, John is actively involved in sourcing and securing construction contracts both locally and internationally. He leads the bidding process, leveraging his technical expertise and global perspective to identify high-value opportunities and deliver competitive proposals.

Beyond business development, John plays a key role in project planning and design oversight, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of structural integrity, functionality, and innovation. Michael T. Anderson

Michael T. Anderson is a highly skilled Construction Manager and Architect with a strong background in project development, design, and site execution. Born and raised in Haiti, Michael brings a diverse cultural perspective to his work and a deep understanding of modern construction practices. With a father originally from San Diego, California, and a mother from Haiti, he blends international insight with local expertise, an advantage that strengthens his approach to managing complex projects.

At the company, Michael plays a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. He leads the bidding process for construction contracts, carefully evaluating project requirements and preparing competitive, strategic proposals that position the company for success.

In addition to his work in contract acquisition, Michael oversees project execution from start to finish.
